Annual License
This covers OE period through entire plan year, typically around 15 months.
$4,000 – Base License
Renewal in 2025 will be at then-current annual license price.
This covers a single EE group. (for additional EE groups, see below)
$1,500 – Translation (per additional Language)
Most popular: Spanish, French
$2,000 – Additional Employee Group *
This allows for multiple EE groups on a single Benefits Site. All EEs can see all the different groups’ benefits, some pages are shared across groups.
3–Year License
3-yr licenses include a discount and locks in current price to protect against inflationary price adjustments (paid upfront).
$10,000 – Base License
Includes major refresh for each subsequent year.

To Initiate an Order
- This form should be filled out by the entity responsible for paying (USI or the Client)
- Name and email are required to enter the proposal page
- The form automatically saves progress every time you exit and will email you the unique link to the partially completed, saved form

Renewals
2025 Renewals for orders originally placed in 2024 (or before)
Each individual client (with CC: to the USI team supporting that client) will receive a Renewal Notification approximately 2 months before Open Enrollment.
This provides appropriate time to process the order, refresh the site with the new plan year information, and be ready for Open Enrollment.
Omega will grandfather in the price paid in 2024 (for the 2025 Plan Year) as the pricing for the 2025 renewal (does not include 3-yr licenses that are up for renewal). Then, client renewals in 2026 (for the 2027 Plan Year) will be made at then-current rates
Edits & Updates

(no need to CC: anyone from the Omega team, the right person will be notified automatically)
This will automatically route your requests to the Omega Project Management team to ensure your request will be acted upon in a timely manner. Omega strives to incorporate edit requests within two business days, of course, depending on quantity and depth being requested.
- Please aggregate your requests. Most sites can be properly updated with one or two batches of edit requests per month.
- Of course, if there’s anything that’s urgent or time-sensitive, you can send at any time. Please note “Urgent” in the Subject Line so urgent requests can be expedited.
- Please be specific. For each element needing an edit, please start with the page address URL, a screenshot of the area needing to be edited, identify if it’s an addition, edit, replacement, or deletion. Then repeat for each element needing an edit.
- You can place your request in the body of an email or as a Word attachment, whichever is easier for you. If you have documents that you want added to the website, please attach them to the email and make sure you specify the page you want them added to, and please save the Filename exactly as you want your employees to see the title of the document.
